The entire BlanQuil team is dedicated to our mission to help you to rest easy, relieve stress and sleep better. That quest doesn’t end with our incredibly designed products, it’s also why we offer an industry leading 60-night sleep trial and a hassle-free return or exchange policy.  We know that the vast majority of people who try our weighted products are going to fall in love with the feeling from the moment they try it, start getting deeper more restful sleep from the first night, and become believers. But trying a BlanQuil for yourself is the only way to truly understand how life changing it can be! That’s why we make it an easy decision with a no obligation trial for an unheard of 60 nights!

But that’s not the only reason we go beyond the norm. We also know that for some people there is a transition period using a weighted blanket. Using a BlanQuil is very different than anything most people have experienced before, and just like many other health conscious decisions, can require an adjustment period for some. For these folks we want to make sure that they are equipped with a plenty of time to get used to the feel and allow themselves to reap the benefits of Deep Pressure Stimulation and improved sleep so they can really be sure if it is right for them. Even some of our own team members have reported being uncertain about their BlanQuil Weighted Blanket at first. After a couple weeks of using and adjusting to it, they began to sleep better and deeper, and now they won’t be without it! We go well beyond the industry standard to make sure that each and every BlanQuil customer has the room to really try their BlanQuil without feeling any pressure to make a hasty decision that may be a mistake.

BlanQuil Lite Policy:

All returns must be in their original, sealed packaging in order to qualify for refund.   

Returns Policy: 

We have a 60 day return policy and the products must be sent back in their original packaging. We cannot accept returned blankets that are damaged or have signs of extreme use. 

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We understand that shipping an item with considerable weight can be expensive! To help alleviate the expense and simplify the process, we can provide a printable return label for you. This allows us and you to track the package back to the return facility and get you refunded as quickly as possible.

Once the item is received and inspected for obvious signs of use, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. If you use our printable return label, we will deduct that amount from your refund.

If you prefer to ship the item yourself, we require the tracking information and order number prior to delivery to our returns facility.

All return requests must be submitted to our Customer Care Team at customercare@myblanquil.com

Please be sure to include the following to initiate a return: Order number, name and reason for return.

If your item has a manufacturing defect or is damaged, please let us know within 30 days of receiving it and we will process an exchange.

Refunds for partial returns on BOGO, multiple item discounts and free gifts will be adjusted to reflect the full price of kept items.

Mattress Return Policy: 

Our Mattresses carry the same 60-night sleep trial as our weighted blankets. Mattresses can be returned within that 60-day period. As there is always an adjustment period with mattresses, we strongly recommend trying the mattress for at least 14 days prior to requesting a return. Our mattresses are made to order in the USA using highest quality materials. Adjusting from an old, unsupportive mattress to a high-quality mattress with proper support can be painful. Rest assured, your back is getting the proper support it needs with our mattress. If your mattress was purchased using a discount/promo code or part of a promotional event, a flat fee of $200 will be deducted from your eligible refund amount for the return freight and disposal. If your mattress was purchased without a promo/discount code, we provide free returns.
